When I called and spoke with manager, there was a lot of back and forth, with some belittling from him; he swore there were no items in the room and insisted I do not drive back from the airport to look for the items. He could not even give me specifics on the process for the hotel mailing the items to me (if found later). I told Him I was coming regardless.
