"Clean room, very friendly staff, nice that there is a cafe in the lobby (I had my fair share of fresh mint teas!) and a lift for suitcases! The bed was comfortable, and although our room was small, we found it to be enough space. The bathroom was nicely done, too, with an incredible shower. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay within walking distance of the museums and public transportation."

I read the reviews and I must admit i was put off, however on arrival I was pleasantly surprised, this hotel is not 5* but it is well worth the money, it is clean and literally slap bang in the city centre and the staff are really helpful, it’s shabby but clean and safe so in my opinion it’s 5 star xx thanks for a great stay x"

"No enough clean cups apparently, no a least free tea, stuff my not now the navigation within the hotel, broken light in the room - been promised that it will be fixed next day never happened. Otherwise all good and I would defo book it again. "
