Room was clean & modern but the passageways upstairs were very dirty and unwelcoming. Some staff were ubrupt. No cafes for miles & uber very expensive! Quiet so sleeping was great One staff lady was very helpful

Great property, it’s well maintained and comfortable. Very affordable. The only downside is it’s far from any dining options. Basically out in the middle of a field at the end of the airport.

The hotel was great. The rooms were very beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and made my stay even way better. If you would love to have a great time I would really recommend this hotel.

The reception personnel was friendly, but there was no wake up service for the morning, no possibilities to eat at our arrival, except through a small fridge placed at the reception with basic food. No breakfast was proposed and the hotel didn't have any area where one could meet friends.

Really nice personnel who were willing to help. Good beds to sleep in. Shabby rooms where there were no soap. It was cleaned well, but not that little extra, like a shoe horn. No breakfast or restaurant available. Far to walk to get somewhere, it’s like a whole that Amsterdam's communication central forgot.

The man at check in & out was absolutely amazing, friendly, professional & really efficient at his job... we cant praise him enough, offered complimentary's on departure. We had a Lasagne which was only 6euros from their chiller in reception & they warm it up for you! The rooms are fab, spacious for our needs & the beds were comfortable. Thank you for our stay!!!

Clean, Casino at the side of property but not loud due to it being absolutely nowhere near anything. It’s a 2 hour walk from airport, it’s a €25 for a uber to hotel. If staying here get Ubers to Hoofddorp train station and get day tickets into the centre. Wouldn’t suggest this as an ideal hotel for solo travels or young female travellers as there are men hanging around all hours.

Booked last minute due to flight delay. Property unfinished, no dining, shops and restaurants 15 to 20 min cycle away, would recommend a hotel in town centre, very budget price, in future would pay more to have the basics and civilisation close by.

I like how quiet the room was and the big screen tv. I didn't like that the water was just warm coming from shower, no hot shower. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable after a couple hours of laying on them. I needed an extension cord to use my outlet, but had no cord so couldn't use my fan for sleep.

Arrived to check in and we were given the keys to a room that was already being used. The staff was really good and acted promply. The second room had a strange smell coming from the toilet so we closed the door and was not too bad. The room was in a very poor state. The walls had loads of stains that was unclear what type of stain it was. The toilet seat was cracked. The vent above the shower was missing, so it was just a hole in the ceiling. Again loads of stains in the WC tiles.

The guy who checked us in was very helpful the best service...but there was no shower wash so had to use the shampoo ...on to the person on the desk in the morning when we checked out ...he would get a 1 across the board not helpful at all ...ask him to help me book a bolt to which he says I don't no anything about it ...all I wouldn't was help with the language...I ended up sending a bolt somewhere else which cost me 20€ before I got one for another 16€....as he says he don't know the hotels address....

I got this room for the sole purpose of having a place to stay and sleep until my flight the next day. Added bonus that it was only about 10 minutes from the airport. After getting there, the staff greeted me and they were EXTREMELY nice. They were so incredibly positive that they brought me out of my bad mood. They even offered me a few different late check outs for a fee, which considering my flight wasn’t until 8pm, I gladly took and was able to check out the next day at 3pm. I didn’t mind paying and most other places don’t even give you the option. The room was simple, but it was very clean and I didn’t care how it looked, I needed it to relax and sleep. It was a bed, 2 nightstands, and a desk, with a working bathroom. The window was large and even opened a bit at the top which was nice for some fresh air. If you’re looking to travel and really just want a simple place to lay your head, this is for you. The only bad thing that happened during my experience was the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and woke me up in a complete panic. After a minute, it turned off and I was told there was nothing wrong. This sounds bad, but it was not the hotel’s fault at all. 2 idiots tried taking apart the smoke detector so they could smoke in their hotel room and were promptly kicked out. I don’t blame the hotel and they were quick to handle it and make sure everyone was safe. They apologized profusely and offered me multiple things the next day to make up for it. 10/10

This property is still renovating their interiors. The room itself is basic. Enough if you just want to sleep, shower then go about your travel. We got 2 hanger, towels and 2 pillows (1 each). And the pillows are half of what I think is normal size. Bed is comfortable. There's a place to hang your cloth but not to put your folded cloth. In toilet, you'll get small 2 bottles of shower gel shampoo, no toothpaste or anything else. Shower does not have like different step level or full screen separating it from rest of bathroom so your whole bathroom will be wet once you shower. If you are still at the hotel around 10am ish, you'll hear hammering. Never heard drilling though. At night, you can hear every other guests door opening, closing and distant chatting. We got back from our touring and found new mirror, the next day, new dryer. Haha. Anyway, it's cheap at a time of tulip because they're probably not fully renovated yet, Idk, but the hotel is enough to stay in. Staffs are nice and helpful. Bolt is not gonna come at 4am even if you've booked it the night before, but they got us a big taxi to airport for €40. Location wise, no public transport around, it is near keukenhof if you're driving. Otherwise, Bolt will cost you €55 ish to keukenhof. To Amsterdam Centraal is around €38 and to airport is ~ €15. Overall, average stay.

They were under construction and I could hear it all the time. The shower glass stall was only half, so water kept going everywhere. The WiFi kept going in and out. It was not strong at all. Hotel isn't near anything. The windows don't open all the way. The room didn't have a microwave or mini fridge. There was only 2 outlets in the room and one in the bathroom. Staff is nice though.
