"Absolutely disgusting. We booked here originally because it was closer to our family we were visiting but when we arrived it was quickly decided to stay somewhere else. The pool was closed/maintenance (should be updated when booking), there were huge rolls of carpet crowding the lobby, and they put our family (2 adults and 3 children) on the 3rd floor with no working elevator. One night would have been doable but not for an entire week. There were no other guests staying in the hotel so why they...
