"What an amazing hotel, so glad we chise this place gor our Tirana trip. Service is exceptional, clean, modern and walkable to everywhere you need to go. Breakfast area was also clean and good. Bed was very comfortable and had a great night sleep after a busy day exploring the city."

"Hotels.com clearly stated I booked a room for 2 adults & 1 kid of 16 year old, but on arrival Palazzo told us they only had a room for us for 2 adults and a baby, so we couldn't stay in the Hotel. The person behind the reception was so kind to look for a solution for us, but it was a hassle and not a nice experience to start of our vacation and we felt that the alt. room/hotel wasn't so nice looking as Palazzo. "
