Achnabobane Farmhouse

"The Farm House is located in a beautiful and peaceful setting, but it is not very accessible for guests who do not drive and rely on buses and trains for transportation. It is about a mile and a half from the Farm House to the main road. My husband and I are both walkers and hikers, but even after reaching the main road, we found it too dangerous to walk along, as several people had warned us. We therefore had to rely on buses to take us to either Spean Bridge or Fort William. The owner was very kind and accommodating and generously gave us a ride to the train station at 6:30 a.m. for our 8:30 a.m. train - Breakfast was served only between 8:00–8:15 a.m., so he could not give us ride close to our train departure."

"Very fun experience, the lady we checked in with was amazing! Very informative and just over all incredibly friendly! Only thing is the mattresses aren’t the comfiest but overall experience made up for that!"
