"We loved the Ecolodge de Simal. It's really off the beaten track (quite literally so), but once you get there, the location is wonderful: right on the water. We were there for three nights. The food was plentiful, fresh, and tasty; the free activities (like a excursion en pirogue) was wonderful; the pool is chlorinated and clean; the rooms are rustic with open air bathrooms and toilets, but comfortable; the housekeeping good; the bar/restaurant staff friendly. It's not a "luxury"...

"Tres bon séjour. Les balades en pirogue avec Simon sont mémorables. L'accueil et le service sont impeccables. Nous avons apprécié le cadre magnifique de cet hôtel, l'océan à 2 pas, la végétation luxuriante et le chant des oiseaux. "

"Le descriptif de l'hôtel fait par Expédia est pour l'essentiel mensonger, nous sommes des clients fidèles, mais à présent la confiance est rompue.
Sur la page de présentation il y a écrit "Exceptionnel", c'est loin d'être le cas, nous avons compris que personne d'Expédia ne se déplace sur place...
Vous écrivez : parking en libre-service inclus, l'hôtel se trouve sur une île où pour y accéder il faut prendre une pirogue payante, 1/2h de trajet...

"The Sarahma Lodge is a little gem. The host Amy is very welcoming and a great cook, every meal was special. The setting on the banks of the lagoon is great. The rooms are simple, but clean and pleasant. And its great value, much better than the 'Ecolodge' next door!"
