The air conditioning worked well for our stay in June when it was not too hot, but the temperature of AC could not be regulated at least in my room. "Fantastic accommodation, basic but immaculately clean, two minutes from the beach and amenities. Great communication from Carmen over a four month period from when I booked to when we arrived. She let me spread the cost over that time period. Needed an extra night when our flights were cancelled due to the air traffic issue and I was able to ring her personal mobile and arrange to collect the entry card from the local restaurant. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay here."
