"One elevator out of service entire by stay. Other one wasn’t working correctly. Stopping at every floor and stopping at floors not selected. I feel like this should have be addressed within the 5 day stay I was there. Disappointed in this, you guys should have done better "

"Nice and cozy. Clean renovated studio with kitchen net. Living area transforms to bedroom with Murphy bed. It’s one room with private bathroom. Easy to enter. Easy to communicate with owner. "

"We had a great time at Cascado Lodge. The unit is small and there’s only a hotel-like fridge if you’re planning to cook. The amenities are good including pool, sauna, although one of the jacuzzis’ jets were broken. The location is amazing - 10min to the gondolas - and with tons of dining and shopping options. "
