"There was literally no water for the entirely of my two-day trip. No working toilet. No shower. No running water of any kind. And because there are no staff on site, there was no way for this issue to be resolved in a timely manner. I spent two days on vacation, in Florence of all places, without the ability to properly bathe. Hardly the sort of thing I expected to pay for when I made the reservation."

Reception staff was super helpful (especially Nadia): they reached out before our arrival with instructions, provided restaurant recommendations, updated museum scheules (for the Easter weekend). Breakfast was simple but plenty and coffee is delicious and made fresh to order. Perfect place for short stays!"

"Perfectly situated for walkable Florence, and the attendant. Aldo, was fantastic - he even took pity of these tired travelers and carried our backpacks up and down the three flights of stairs! The location was well marked, tho sort of a rabbit warren of a neighborhood which only added to the charm. The space itself was clean, well organized and efficient. Oh and they kept our bags post-checkout which allowed us several hours of easy adventuring before our departure. Florence is a fabulous walkable city and this property is in the middle of everything. I’m happy to recommend it to fellow travelers! "
