"This was the most beautiful, peaceful place. Such a dream to stay here. The staff were all lovely and the breakfast was perfect. Lots of options from fresh fruit to yogurt to croissants to eggs and delicious cheese and meats.
View was gorgeous.
We also had their dinner there one night and it was excellent food and such a lovely atmosphere.
It was hard to leave and I would return in a heartbeat."

"Disappointing stay, with major issues left unresolved
We stayed for three nights to celebrate my 40th birthday. Unfortunately, two nights were seriously disrupted by problems with the room.
The television, Wi-Fi, wired internet and room telephone were not working. There was no mobile signal in the room, so we had to go to reception in person to report the issues. Staff attended, but the faults were not resolved during our stay.
The television’s alarm then went off repeatedly during the night,...

"Absolutely lovely hotel. Best one we stayed at in Italy - in retrospect, we wish we booked to stay here a second night. The location is quiet and isolated so stars are visible at night, plenty of parking, and breakfast is worth the 20 EURS, best breakfast options we had during our stay. Highly recommend, 10/10."

"This hotel was right in the main square, which was nice, and it was the only one of 5 that we stayed in on this trip that included breakfast, which was very nice, but the room felt dated. I mean, the town IS from the 13th century, so gees, what can I expect, but I expected the room to be a little nicer. I have a feeling we got a lesser room because we booked through Expedia, because I saw a few other rooms in my brother's travel group who booked directly with the hotel and theirs were much...
