"Full of old character. Staff were very polite and helpful. The food was to a high standard and the full English breakfast was 10/10. On site parking was good. I would thoroughly recommend the Falcon as a good base for a stay in or near Bromyard. It's not 5-star luxury, but that doesn't matter. I have used it before and will use it again."

"We booked an accessible room because of disability, but there was no wet room and the shower was over the bath!! There were bars on the far side of the bath if one could get in first!! Staff were not only unhelpful but customer service was very poor. Apparently they were fully booked but they seemed not at all bothered by my complaint.
