"The swimming pool was just what was needed. Quiet, private, and, old growth roses are blooming and smell divine. I wasn’t sure where to get an appropriate swim towel, so I used the one from my room. An unexpected mallard flew in to share the pool with me. Loved it! "

"Its always a good time in traverse city staying at pointes north. The hot tub is always great to have in the room. The only thing i can literally think that they should get is smart tvs to be able to stream. They do have direct tv but not there to watch tv anyway. It was another successful stay at pointes north like all other times were."

"Kind and friendly staff. The pool was dug up and I wish that had been mentioned because my nine year old was disappointed but the front desk clerk gave him a cookie and was very kind. No working elevators so I was glad we didn’t have a ton of luggage but the next morning when our room keys weren’t working after we came up from breakfast my little boy and I had to make many trips down stairs to try and get the keys to work again. "It was early in the season so we did not utilize the beach or the deck but it looks like it would be a great place to hang out. The second floor rooms are small. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast is more of a snack than a meal. "
