"The property is average. They won't provide hot water after 9 am and they just want to make money so they'll charge you 100 for one time. The staff service guy didn't even picked up the luggage while checking out. Overall poor service. "

"This property has an excellent view of nearby tea plantation, has good parking space once we drove up the steep ramp. However, the rooms were not ready even 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time. The staff were cleaning rooms; with beds from multiple rooms in corridors; unclean bathrooms, broken bathroom door. Overall, it felt like not managed by professionals."

"I was a bit sceptical when I made the booking, especially because the reviews I read before I made the booking weren’t very supportive. But from the time we arrived until the time we checked out, we could say that the reviews were totally wrong. We were looked after with genuine warmth, care, and friendliness that made our stay truly amazing. The food was a set menu, which worked out great for us. It was homely and delicious. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure the guests were treated right....

"Fraud cheater ..!! i have booked RK WHITE CASTLE for 15th august -17th august. when i went there . no hotel found there. management has sold their hotel building to others. still they are taking reservations. they are fraud. i have to go another hotel for stay and paid more money.pls arrange refund for me and pls remove this hotel from your booking list as it is no more at current location"
