Expedia call center didn't help or find me and my guest another place to stay, even though they said the would. I found another place to stay on my own for double what I paid Expedia. Sadly, Expedia never offered to pay for it nor have they refunded my money for the original reservation they didn't fulfill. "

What we did not expect was the not so subtle reminders that guests renting studios were not the target audience of the management company.
