"Hotellet i sig var helt okej, stort fint rum, välskött, fin utsikt, bra område med bara en liten promenad till Konas mer centrala delar. Det jag ogillade var att den i och för sig mycket trevliga personalen alltid verkade vara superstressad och allt tog lång tid för att tre andra skulle få hjälp samtidigt av samma person. Det och att receptionen hade stängt kväll- och nattetid är det som ger det låga servicebetyget. Det ska liksom inte ta trekvart att få rumsnycklarna. Det var nog det "finaste"...
