"The upsides: The room was great - roomy, beautiful and with one of the most comfortable beds ever! The staff was very helpful. I have never sent out my laundry at a hotel before and was a bit skeptical, but I got it back the same day in excellent condition. "Spot is amaizing, also their eco friendly facilities. But they were not well prepared for tourists from other countries, most of time int' cards were rejected. Any request took long to be address. Is noisy, but I was aware of that thanks to comments from others. "
