"This was one of the most horrible hotels we have stayed. It smelled and looked dirty everywhere. The carpets in the room were so awful we didn’t feel comfortable walking anywhere without shoes on. The bath tub was dirty, no pressure in the shower and barely warm water. When we talked to staff about the temperature of the water, they said they would get right on it, but it never changed. There was plenty of hot water in the sink however… the couch in the room was stained and we would not sit...

"We booked this hotel last minute as the one we had previously booked was not suitable to stay in. This property was amazing from the time we walked in. The lobby was clean. The very sweet front desk woman was super busy when we checked in on Friday but handled everyone efficiently and timely. Everywhere we went was clean. "Was never able to check in. Was told our room was still being cleaned and this was two hours after standard check in. The girl at the counter wasn’t helpful, she didn’t offer to help me find a different room or anything. Had to cancel and stay somewhere else. Ended up being way better customer service at the other hotel anyways."

"The biggest problem with my stay was the noise. There is a lot of interstate noise on at least half the rooms, and my room also had a lot of elevator noise being near an elevator. The AC and shower worked, but the towels were very low quality and they do not change them out while guests are there during normal operations.
They do include a fridge and they have ice machines, although some were not working when I was there. The location is pretty good for exploring the area with some good dining...
