"Leider war meine Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Nach einer anstrengenden 13-stündigen Busreise kam ich gegen 23:00 Uhr im Hotel an und wollte mich einfach nur ausruhen. Ich zeigte meine Buchungsbestätigung an der Rezeption vor, doch der Mitarbeiter behauptete, dass keine Reservierung vorhanden sei bzw. dass die Buchung nicht bezahlt wurde.
Er teilte mir mit, dass er den Manager kontaktieren würde, doch dieser war zunächst nicht erreichbar. Ich musste etwa eine halbe Stunde warten,...

"I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem of an apartment hotel in such a convenient location! I stayed for a month and was very happy with the accommodations and everything that was included with the stay. My only issue was that changing sheets costs extra and that shouldn’t be the case. But this is a minor detail. We’ll be coming back again next year!"
