"Good location so within walking distance to Central Festival as well as good eating places"

"Very nice place for what you pay for will use this hotel again"

"Great hotel."

"great hospitality with friendly staff. Would visit this place again. ขอบคุณครับ "

"มีความสะดวกดี ในห้องพักน่าจะมีตู้เย็นด้วย"

"Goede ligging, kortbij khonkaen universiteit, restaurants, street food. Public transport 'grab' taxi upon request. Rustig omgeving, gratis parking voorzien. "

"The staff was really friendly, helpful and did everything they could to help with any requests. The hotel offers a laundry service and an in room massage sessions for a great price. The location is tucked between some other shops, restaurants and near a monument. It was quiet and easy to get grabs/taxis. I would recommend this for business trips and honeymoons."

"สะอาด กว้าง ใกล้มหาลัยขอนแก่น มีแมวน่ารัก แต่แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นเร็วเท่าไร สงสัยห้องใหญ่ไป"

"It's kleen and safe. for the price I will recommend"

"Very basic hotel but at the price you really can't complain. I stayed for just one night as I'd missed my bus to a village and needed somewhere cheap to stay late at night...and it did the job. The staff at reception were extremely helpful in giving me instructions to the bus station, even telling me the local slang name to help me when I got a taxi which was really appreciated."

"Hotel located in a residential area. Japanese drums banging every evening till late night. Dogs bark at 230am, 340am, 440am and sometimes other odd times. Room is spacious but so called hot water is luke warm. Property is not equipped for disable persons as there is no elevators. Breakfast is very simple with instant coffee only. Only positive thing is staff is nice and friendly."

"Liked it was quiet. Cou have kettle and coffee in room "

"New rooms and traditional style wooden huts as well."

"Safe because you are nestled within a residential area and food is less then a block away walking aswell as 7/11. I went to another hotel just blocks away and it made me miss this one right away "

"This is definitely a bubget place, you really need to have your own transport to stay here. The units appear slapped together, however the staff were pleasant and helpful"

"Perfect "
