"It's the second time we've stayed here, and once again, it was an excellent stay. The included buffet breakfast is excellent. The coffee is outstanding, unusual for a Thai hotel. Breakfast is oriented to Thai foods, though there are some common western foods (ham, eggs, toast) always available. Thai options vary day by day, with enough variety to not be boring.
Two things to be aware of: parking here can be problematic. It's off-site and a brief walk away. There is VERY limited parking available in front of the hotel, but if you go out in the evening there will be no space there when you come back. There is a golf cart that will take you to the off-site parking but you may have to wait for it.
Second, even though the hotel description says there's a shopping mall here, it is, in fact, closed and has been for some time. It's slated to reopen "soon" as "Khon Kaen Innovation Center" with opening date still vague.
The rooms can be a bit variable in size and amenities. Both times we've stayed here, we got a room with no electric outlets near the bed, and no clock anywhere in the room. A friend who stayed here once had a more upgraded room without that problem.
There's a 7-Eleven and several places to eat within easy walking distance, along with a half-dozen small bars also nearby.
There are several restaurants on site, but we did not eat in them, so no idea how good they are. There's a decent pool, and a fitness center."
"The pillow had a noticeable odor from a previous guest, which is unacceptable and raises serious concerns on both cleanliness and the hotel’s standards. This falls below what guests should reasonably expect. The hotel needs to be more diligent and transparent in replacing bed sheets and pillowcases for each new guest.
Additionally, the room was left in service with a cracked mirror, which further reflects poor maintenance and a lack of attention to guest safety and quality."

Cleaned daily, towels changed, sheets changed and all bathroom items replenished daily. Staff very attentive and helpful. Breakfast selection very good and worth every penny. If in Khon Kaen again will definitely stay here"
