Clean, well looked after; polite, attentive staff. Excellent breakfast! It's nice to see a basic hotel done well and to have the sense of dealing with considerate human beings.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, with great English language skills. The hotel is clean and 10 minutes walk from the Metro and number 80 bus into the centre of Paris. Everything was great!

Had a lovely stay here! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and our room was great - really spacious, comfortable and clean. The location was also perfect, with lots of shops nearby and the metro just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Clean and tidy room, extremely close 2 min walk to Arc de Tromiph and Champ Elyeese, and around 20 mins to Arc de Tromiph you can't get any closer without paying huge sums of money at other hotels, plenty of reasonable priced restaurants minutes away, staff extremely friendly and helpful if you turn up early drop your luggage off and go site seeing, I would return

Absolutely first rate. Immaculately clean. Very friendly and helpful, accommodating owner and staff. We love it! We’ll be back. Merci beaucoup 😀

We really wished that we had stayed here longer! Rooms are really comfortable, it did have aircon which I wasn’t expecting and felt amazing. Short walk for transport and not far from Eiffel Tower. My son loved the little balcony.

All great. Just repair the shower door handle

We loved this hotel. Yes the room was quite small but it served our purposes well. The bed was comfortable, hairdryer and shower gel in bathroom and - importantly for our stay - air conditioning! Breakfast is good too - pancakes, bread, croissants, ham and cheese, fruit, yogurt etc. nothing fancy but good and set us up for a days sightseeing. Staff are friendly. A fair few restaurants in the neighbourhood too. Location-wise it is not near the Eiffel Tower and is much closer to...

Great location, close to all the main attractions. Clean hotel, comfortable beds, minibar in the room, toiletries, daily room service and decent parisian breakfast. Good value for money. No lifts so not ideal for big luggages or guests with impaired mobility. For a weekend break/ conference will definitely recommend.

My 17 year old daughter and I stayed at the Hotel Clement for the w/e as our joint birthday treat. We had a fabulous room with a big french window (that opened wide - none of this ridiculous opening only 2 inches because of the fear of someone falling out!)and stunning view with a pretty window box full of blue pansies. Very comfortable beds and the synthetic pilows were not bad, although I am a fan of down/feather pillows. Very clean, charming and helpful staff especially Veronique and Lilya...

Staff are very friendly & helpful. Room is clean & a decent size. Communal kitchen available so you can visit Paris on a budget. Lovely hotel.

Room basic but nicely decorated, clean and bed extremely comfortable. Nice bit of Paris to stay in - lively but not overly so and away from the tourist areas. Didier on the desk was helpful and friendly. Good value and would stay there again.

Property was really centrally located so most things were walkable and there were several metro stops nearby for those that weren't. Right in the middle of all the shopping in the Marais and so many places to eat and drink and people watch. The studio was really well equipped and having the luggage store was really handy on my final day. Check in was digital but the instructions are really clear so no problem. There's a few flights of stairs but not a problem when you consider the location. The...

Excellent facilities in a great location.

Charming hotel in a family style. Location full very convenient in a romantic historical arcade of Paris.

It’s clean, but the bathroom is small.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It's overall marvelous. I will definitely be returning. Sooner rather than later.

A really good studio apartment in a very good location for the Louvre and other parts of the city. The studio apartment was very clean and the communication was excellent. Very easy to check in. The apartment was just as described / as the pictures… in fact, the pictures don’t do the location justice.
