"A lovely warm welcome awaited us at The France Hotel. The room was great, very comfy, and very clean. Breakfast was generous and served in a nice breakfast room. Typical continental breakfast, and all good quality. The hotel is in a pedestrian area, but the underground parking La Breche is very convenient, and only a couple of minutes walk away. Great stay, thank you very much."

"Arrived to a note on the door to call for entry code. Told to pick up key from board and let myself in. No welcome at all. Bathroom small and clean, bedroom just enough space for virtually the bed. Minimal hanging space, 1 hook on some misplaced bookshelf. The interior is drab and grey, badly needs updating. My departure was also faceless. Nobody on reception at most times"

"Cet hôtel n'est pas très cher, donc je m'attendais à une qualité assez médiocre : je n'ai pas été déçu. Tous les communs sentent fort le tabac car le gérant fume dans l'établissement, fort heureusement ça ne sent pas dans la chambre. J'aurais apprécié de prendre mon petit déjeuner tranquille, au lieu de cela j'ai dû subir le discours réac et complotiste du tenancier. Plus jamais !"
