L’accès à l’hôtel difficilement repérable . C’est la jungle ! Petit déjeuner , problème sur le distributeur ( jus de pomme ) réactivité médiocre . Je n’ai pas eu de jus de pomme , malgré ma demande . Je suis parti et resignaler qu’il y avait un problème . Dommage .

Aucune place de parking à mon arrivée. L’établissement étant en travaux et les sociétés intervenantes ayant pris de nombreuses places et parfois même les camions étaient sur deux emplacements. Il me semble qu’il est tout à fait envisageable de demander aux sociétés intervenantes de se garer à l’extérieur de l’établissement le long de la route, puis qu’il y a de la place, plutôt que de demander aux clients de se garer à l’extérieur de l’établissement.

Hôtel vetuste ne correspondant pas à une catégorie 3 étoiles Moquette tachée, lino de sdb taché par l'humidité, cuvette des toilettes propre mais traces de calcaires. Clou de la soirée, le repas ! Ayant commandé 3 pizzas plus une salade la troisième pizza est arrivée au bout de 3 quart d'heure Première fois après de nombreuses années de réservation sur ce site que l'on est déçus.et la c'est un coup de maître !

Une remarque

Je suis toujours un peu gênée par la moquette des couloirs qui me paraît être d'une propreté douteuse. Je passe une ou deux nuits à l'hôtel Ibis Marais Poitevin chaque année. Je demande une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, cette demande est toujours prise en compte, ce dont je vous remercie. Mais chaque fois, on m'affecte la chambre 29, qui est complètement au bout du couloir, près de la sortie de sécurité. Je m'étonne que ce soit toujours la même et je déplore qu'elle ne soit pas plus proche de l'entrée. Ce n'est pas grave, mais j'apprécierais de ne pas être systématiquement dans la chambre la plus éloignée de l'accueil. En revanche, je souhaite dire à quel point j'ai apprécié l'aide de la personne qui s'occupait des petits-déjeuners qui a été extrêmement agréable et serviable.

Manque de communication

Le ménage de la chambre n'a pas été fait, le couple à l'accueil n'a pas pu expliqué pourquoi... A notre départ, en payant les taxes de séjour, on m'a réclamé par erreur le règlement de la chambre déjà réglée et lorsque j'ai renouvelais mon mécontentement, on m'a dit que les personnes à la réception la veille auraient du m'expliquer que de ne pas faire la chambre , l'argent allait à une œuvre caritative ??? Aucune demande ou explications ne n'ont été faites à mon arrivée On nous a simplement imposé de ne pas faire la chambre !!!... Cela irait à quelle association ? Merci de me répondre. Et si tel est le cas, la poubelle pourrait être vider, il faudrait ajouter du papier toilette, et peut être mettre des serviettes sèches, cela semble un minimum... Bien cordialement, Joel Varin
