"This little property was amazing. The hotel is old, but well kept. The room was small, but very comfortable, clean and quiet. Located less than 10 min walking from Zurich main train station and only 15 min walking from the old town. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. "My stay was great. Awesome location just a short walk from Lake Zug, parks, and restaurants. The property is right next to the train stop which makes transportation very convenient to get in and out of Zug. I Stayed in one of the shared dorms. The beds could use curtains for some privacy but everything was clean in the room upon arrival. Staff was very friendly."

"I didnt experience housekeeping not sure why and unfortunately someone else got assigned my room whilst I was still in it which gave us both a shock.
