"Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere facilmente i trasporti pubblici. Personale molto cortese, hotel moderno, recentemente ristrutturato, camera ampia, letti molto comodi e biancheria pulita. Uniche pecche: manca un frigobar (o anche solo un frigorifero) ed inoltre al check in ci è stato chiesto se volessimo le pulizie giornaliere, abbiamo risposto di sì ma in realtà non è stato così. "Llegamos a las 21:00h, llamamos y estuvimos un rato esperando a que alguien bajase para a recibirnos (como 10 minutos esperando en la calle). Cuando subimos nos encontramos con un lugar sucio, en condiciones de semiabandono (mostrador de recepción hinchado de la humedad). Nos llevan directamente a nuestra habitación, la cama era tapizada y el tapizado estaba mugriento, la habitación sin barrer, había pelos, tiritas usadas, etc de clientes anteriores.
