"Everything was good and as expected. There was a little confusion when they closed the breakfast at 9am on a Memorial Day holiday mentioning it is only open until 10AM on weekends. Not a deal breaker for me. I took my change with the apples they offer in the lobby :)
The coffee and tea stand were gorgeous! However, It'd be good to add another waffle press where 1 is not enough for when it is crowded."

"They charged me for the room after I already paid on Expedia. There was no mention of an event going on at booking or check-in. We couldn’t eat at the restaurant because there was barely any service. We waited and waited and waited and waited then left after listening to 3 other couples complaining. No the restaurant was not full. Not half full. Not even a quarter full. Won’t be back to this place."

"The refrigerator in our room was not clean when we checked in. When I tried to empty it out, the contents spilled and m the floor. I informed the manager, and he immediately came to the room to see what had happened. He apologized and offered to move us to another room, so we wouldn’t have to put up with the smelly carpet. He followed up as soon as a room became available.
He was pleasant and professional and resolved the issue right away."
