"The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away. "

"Needs daily cleaning especially emptying the bins in the room. No lift so it was difficult to carry luggages to the third floor. Very limited time opening with reception. You need to be in Bossonet before 7:45 pm to catch the last village bus back to the hotel if you are in the village. They serve good food options at a very reasonable price."

"Did the job perfectly for stopping before going up to La clusaz. It’s small and functional but bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and everything was clean. Generally very good for the price "

"Cleaning and maintenance needed! Paper peeling off in the bathroom. Outside chair on the balcony was dirty and broken. Balcony covered in cobwebs. Bedroom door would not lock from inside. Bedding was clean, good towels and a good shower. Good location, great views."

"The personel is very friendly, especially in the restaurant. Their food also real good. The building is beautifull. The frontside, with a view is only for appartements i was told. I did not sleep well cause of an itchy bed, and a very, very noisey morning. This made it a bad excperience, feeling really tired before hiking the montblanc haha"

The food tastes worse than hospital or school food. No hospitality at all. The beds and pillows were the level of a hostel. The bathroom had no soap. And they would not provide clean towels when I asked. There was no safe in the room and also no soap. The toilet had no trash can. The room has no coffee maker or fridge , but they...

"This was a lovrly family hotel a short walk from the town of Saint Gervais les Bains and the ski area. The owners were friendly and helpful anc the breakfast perfect for setting you up for a day on the slopes Highly recommended"
