"Resulta que este es un motel y algunos cuartos los habilitaron como de hotel, el aire acondicionado no sirve, tuvimos que pedir una cobija porque la cama no tenía y el cuarto estaba muy frío."

I complained and show my reservation, then the owner accepted and let me pay the price agreed on the reservation. I am absolutely NOT happy about this. Unavailable rooms must NOT be shown as available!"

"Llegue a las 10pm al lugar, nadie me abrió y marqué a los teléfonos que ahi exhiben y jamás contestaron, me dejaron varado a media calle sin saber donde poder pasar la noche… tuve que caminar a esa hora por toda la avenida solitaria para poder abordar un transporte que me llevará a otro lugar. Muy mala experiencia. 😠"
