"Check in and check out we’re super easy. The staff were really helpful and kind. The condo was clean and well managed. The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to Canyon so you didn’t have to mess with parking or shuttles. And huge convenience of a locker that came with the unit at canyon so you don’t have to carry your stuff up and back "

"Socks on the shoes rack when getting in. So we left them there when checking out, in case someone want them back. Required check-in time is 4pm, which is after hours but additional parking permit is handed out during office hours? Who designed this rule? This made things much complicated and worse. We requested for an additional permit through the emergency button at the front desk. Someone took my info and said they would get back to me. However, no one contacted me that night. Next...

"Very good room with perfect location"

"We were very pleased with our stay at Solstice Serenity. It was very clean, has everything you need in the kitchen (we only had to run the dishwasher upon departure because there are lots of dishes!😁), and the beds were comfortable. This unit is on the ground floor with elevator access to the parking garage. Beautiful surroundings. Our visit was in early August and even though the temperatures were pleasant, ceiling fans would be helpful in the bedrooms. And of course, we fell in love with...
