"There was a mistake with booking, and apparently their system said I booked two double beds instead of a king, but the front desk did a great job correcting this. The room was pretty nice, but the toilet could have been cleaner and desperately needed a new seat. One foot on the lid was completely missing and the others badly worn, so it sits crooked. Needs new anchors, too. Getting in the room was like breaking and entering because the door latch needs to be adjusted. Very difficult to open in...

"Staff is very friendly. We booked a queen bed room and was initially given a two bedroom room due to a mix up. We unlocked room and before we could do anything else they came to us apologizing about the mix up. They then gave us a king bedroom and only charged us for a double bedroom. All of this without us saying a word! We will definitely be booking with them everytime we pass through, which happens often. Rooms and amenities are nice, clean, comfy and plentiful."

Need more AC in second floor units like this one, our unit was well over 100 degrees when we arrived and never got below 80 degrees inside even when temps dipped outside at night, very uncomfortable. Husband left with our dogs on second night because it was too hot for him and them to even get comfortable enough to sleep. Hot water smelled like sewage when running and no hot...
