"When I checked in Thursday night, this hotel was still the Larkspur. The staff was friendly and helpful and there was breakfast on Friday morning. I was informed that Hilton had bought the hotel. I had to check out Friday morning and check back in Friday afternoon. Saturday and Sunday there was no breakfast put out. The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were not refilled. There was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom. Sunday morning I was awakened by sledgehammering and pounding carrying...

"This property is old and has seen better days. The room was clean and the heat/AC worked. There was a visible gap between the door and door frame so air could enter the room even when closed. The window shade was room-darkening so the room was dark when the shade was down. If the shade was up, it felt like living in a fishbowl. "

"I stayed 1 night in the King Suite. Overall I had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly, the property was well kept, and the room was nice. The only small issue was I had a difficult time releasing the bathtub drain and both the drainage for the tub and sink was a little slow. Otherwise, no complaints. "

"The room was not habitable due to severe sanitation issues, including blood on the walls, visibly soiled bedding, and a non-functioning toilet.
We arrived late and discovered the full extent after settling in.
We notified the front desk and were offered another room, but given the severity of the conditions and health concerns, we did not feel safe remaining on the property.
We vacated after one night and requested a refund for the unused nights, which was denied"
