"If I could give 10 stars for the Aqua hotel, I would. The staff was absolutely fantastic! The young man at the front desk went so far above and beyond in customer service. Even after we checked out of the hotel, we were several miles away and missed our bus to Zurich so we called to ask if he could call us another taxi. "Well, we had a little wobble getting booked in and accessing the property as it is not staffed so that added a little stress to the booking in process BUT once sorted, and it did get sorted within 30 mins, the room was great and scenery was superb.
