"Overall arrived late wasn’t told about the subcharge 50 euro for air con which is needed in the heat! Towels had stains on them and toilet door had no privacy wouldn’t lock or close correctly you could look in. We were there the one week and not once was the room cleaned or sheets changed in duration of the week we slept in dirty sheets made us disgusting, the shower wouldn’t drain properly and had a few friendly cockroaches arrive. "Location great as just off the action so was quiet. Bed comfy, bathroom shower over tub and pool ok . The whole time felt in 70’s - a time warp but good for a night or 2 and has to be cheapest place in Agia Napa. "

"The water park was closed due to maintenance (did not know that until we came there?) . But the positive thing is we could make use from another hotel the water park and all inclusive facilities. We had luck that we had a car to go there. The other hotel was much better than Electra. The airco was good in our hotel room. The mini disco was great. Our kids loved it. The food was average, but ok. "

"The position is really amazing cuz is near the center and clubs, restaurants… but the cleanliness was really bad and was really noisy all the time. U can’t access the pool when party is there and if u wanna go to gym u have to pay extra. The staff was good."
