"The beach was nice and quiet but the view from the pool is obstructed by an unsightly plastic massage tent. The rooms are a great size with comfy beds... pillows could be a lot better. It is a shame that the fridge in the room is not replenished daily like other 5 star hotels. The AI cocktails are awful as they use lemon squash instead of freshly squeezed lemons or limes. The hotel looks like a 5 star but sadly operates as a 3-4 star hotel, so if you lower your expectations you will have a great...

"Firstly... well done to the lady cleaning our floor. Attentive helpful and friendly and clean. Air con did not work in our room all holiday. The hairdryer did not work either. .. and for that matter the spa massaging jets were not working either. Entertainment was pretty zero. There seemed to be no evening ents. There was a different wedding in the hotel everyday.... i hope that was not at the expense of any non existent entertainments. I did water aerobics in the indoor pool. They didn't even...

"Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The pool area was beautiful, the chaise longues were so comfortable, and everything was spotless and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were doing well and had everything we needed, and both the breakfast buffet and dinners were absolutely delicious. Easy check-in and check-out as well — truly a perfect stay!"

"They have no pool, but when you book it says pool and there is a picture of a pool (you can use) - but you have to walk to another hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. But be aware about the pool."

"We had an excellent stay at Aktea and truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. The hotel is perfectly positioned along the seafront, with only a short walk to both Nissi Beach and Sandy Beach, which were absolutely perfect for kids. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a direct sea view. The breakfast selection was very good, with plenty of tasty options for everyone. The animation team was amazing, always extremely positive and energetic, organizing fun activities throughout...

"Napa Jay is unfortunenaly not made for families, beginning with the check-in there was no room for corrections. We traveled as three people including a little baby, we arrived and the room was prepared with three single beds. In the evening there was then no possibilty to change that. At the next morning the Miss on the reception offered then to change, that was very kind. But we changed the hotel after two days because the vibe and the condition of the hotel is not good anymore. "Coming to Cyprus, visiting Ayia Napa is a must but it’s expensive. It’s a very touristy area and these apartments are far enough out of being directly in it. With the heat of September, it was nice to be by the pool all day and then venture out. Parking I think is limited on site, but believe there were other pots available. It is old and tired, but rooms are huge. Good value for what it is. "
