"Wenn man mit einer kleine Familie reist und man 2 Stunden warten muss , weil das Check in um 2 Uhr nachmittags ist , verstehe ich es nicht. Personal ist nicht da. In solchen fällen sollte Personal da sein und aus Kulanz eine Familie die Möglichkeit geben , sich auszuruhen. Mein Kind ist 4 Monate alt. Wir haben angerufen und gefragt ob es möglich wäre einzuchecken. Für 1200 baht ja. Preis ist nicht ok. Für eine Zeit für 2 Stunden. Macht den Preis realistisch. Und verlangt nicht eine Nacht dafür....

"ที่พักร้อนอบอ้าวมาก ต้องเป็นแอร์ทิ้งไว้ไม่ต่ำกว่า 1 ชั่วโมงจึงจะเย็นสบาย แอร์ไม่เคยล้าง ต้องเอา ฟิวเตอร์มาล้างเอง ในห้องมีมดเยอะมาก เตียงยุบนอนแล้วเมื่อยตัว ห้องน้ำน้ำไม่ลงท่อระบายน้ำ น้ำขังในห้องเจิ่งนอง อาหารหากินยาก เดินไกล มีบริการในที่พักเป็นข้าวกล่องเท่านั้น"
