"Receptionist when we checked in (Taller man) was extra courteous and accommodated our early check-in. The Bellhops and security were kind and pro-active in helping with our bags. Everything was beautiful, clean, and quiet. The kid's areas were superior and it was the best stocked play-room I have ever seen. The baby swing and sandbox were also cleaner than elsewhere in Thailand. Japanese breakfast was also delicious. Only remark would be that the eggs were overcooked and natto was only for...

"This hotel is a hidden gem. Friendly staff, good service and easy parking. The pool on the roof is quiet and wonderful to spend time at. First class. "

"It's close to the downtown area. A few blocks from the pier and some shopping malls. And this is an apartment type hotel, with a washing machine. I didn't eat the breakfast so I don't really know and can't speak about that. The staff was very professional and the check-in was pretty easy. They also have a courtesy shuttle that'll take you to either the pier or the mall in a couple other places. For free properly, would stay again if i'm in the area."

"Limited view of the sea, but the pool is beautiful. They have kid activities-laser tag, a swing ride, pool obstacle course. Restaurants within walking distance. Friendly front desk staff, limited English speaking, mainly Chinese & Japanese tourists. "
