All rooms were clean as was the common kitchen and sitting room area. The owners were quite nice as were the other guests. Parking was free. We liked the place as it was very quiet during the night. A place to recommend and revisit if back in the area."

"The facility had mould behind the curtains, was dated and dirty. There were toys over the driveway, empty alcohol boxes and we ended up not being able to stay because of the state of the room. We were charged over $400 for the one night and was told we have to go to Expedia to get a refund. Very disappointed! "
