"Overall my stay was very good. No issues or concerns. Checking in was smooth, but when I asked the front desk clerk how far away was Mobile’s downtown area, she replied “this is the downtown area”. That was not correct! She could have been more welcoming and pleasant. "

The rooms were beautiful,clean, and well stocked.The staff were professional and courteous It was so convenient We attended an assembly for Jehovah's Witnesses at the Mitchell Center. We hope we can stay at your hotel when we have our Regional Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses in July next year. "

"Very clean rooms, really nice desk chair and TV, bed was comfortable as all get out. Housekeeping checked daily if I needed anything and breakfast was great with Biscuits and gravy and pancakes, oatmeal and Community Coffee. Highly recommend for the price. Great stay."
