"Location is good, across the road from the river and short drive to ocean beaches. Units have been refreshed by the addition of some newer furniture, but the units need major updates to very old and poorly maintained facilities. We had the two bedroon unit at the front of the property which had heaps of space. Only had one air conditioner in one bedroome, with no air in living, kitchen or other bedroom. "We couldn’t stay in the room due to the extremely offending odour in the room. We had to stay on a friends couch for the night. Returned the next morning to have a shower at the room. After leaving window open all night it was still uninhabitable. Room smelled of cat / dog urine. Shower was extremely bad. Will be seeking a refund. I could not recommend that room even to a enemy "
