"rooms were not comfortable doors were not able to close properly. breakfast was not ok"

"Room we stayed was supposed to be non-smoking, but smell of smoke was everywhere. Staff at reception at check-in wasn't friendly at all, basic questions we asked were responded with raised eye-browse and repeating the same thing back to us over. For the price charged for one night stay they could really do a better job keeping rooms smoke-free and also perhaps teaching their reception basics in customer greeting and interaction."

They stated they couldn’t find both cards on their records even though we showed them both transactions from the previous night. Also riding the elevator down one floor, I got stuck in the elevator and had to wait for "
