The airport shuttle is a great service but you'll need to reserve it in advance going to the hotel and returning to the airport. In order to get "free wifi," you must give an unknown company your home address and your cell number. Otherwise, no wifi. Why? We do not want to give out personal information to a company we do not know. We chose not to sign up for the "free wifi," and it may be a deal-breaker for future visits. "The staff were more engaged with their own conversations than actually welcoming me as a guest and focusing on my stay. It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together"
