"Well property had issues 1 the shower made a horrible noise they came and closed off the foot wash the washer if you started it for a 20 min cycle it ran for 1 hours and when it spun it sounded like it was Going to leave the room and it would not drain the next thing was the light in the small bath had lots of water dripping from it they came and cut a hole out in the ceiling left a mess on the floor and then all the lights in that room started flickering the Sheetrock had nasty mold On it also....

"Not a good experience… AC did not work the the night we arrived. A huge let down where a basic necessity was listed but unable to be met. Costa Rica is humid 24/7 so not having AC is a huge inconvenience and a simple check to make sure it is working especially when you know an infant, a toddler, and two children were coming. Hotels.com reached out to the owner about this issue and he did not respond. First time in Jaco and this is what stands out of the experience of this city. "
