"Not sure if it was a scam or misunderstanding but regardless the check in experience was awful. First, they insisted that I only paid $11 on Expedia and the rest was due at check in, even though both Expedia and my bank app said otherwise, then they asked for $5 check in fee in cash. Eventually they backed off both and the rest of the stay was fine. "

"Took over 40 minutes to check in. First room given was not cleaned. 2nd room was also not cleaned. The third room was occupied. The fourth room was garbage free, however no trash can or toiletries in room. All issues were blamed on computer and 3rd party vendors. Which doesn’t make sense, since rooms must be reserved online. The worst experience I’ve had in many years."
