"La ubicación es excelente. Los cuartos necesitan reparación urgente . El baño tenía hongo por todas las paredes y techos, llegué a mi hogar con demasiada alergia y mi niña tiene asma. Las gavetas no cierran bien, la puerta del baño se queda trabada , la caja fuerte no abría ni cerraba, la puerta de salida tenía un seguro que no cerraba bien . "

"Hola a todos soy de Puerto Rico y estuve en el hotel unos Díaz idealmente me encantó el servicio siempre me tuvieron el cuarto limpio. Me llevaban las toallas. Nací en el cambio de sábana, si tenía un problemita que me surgió porque tuvo un liqueíto. Rápido, ya me vinieron verificaron. Y me lo arreglaron rápido. Un excelente equipo de trabajo me encanta. Lo único es que tiene poquitas lavadora para tanto habitante. Pero le doy 100 de 10 realmente lo recomiendo"
