I like my stay at Baymont by Wyndham it was nice and clean and that it wasn’t too far from Universal’s Theme Parks and Epic Universe and everything around the area was very convenient and in walking distance.

This hotel needs major work. No part of our room was genuinely cleaned. I know not every inch would be completely done but come on. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend. The staff were friendly though! If I could have canceled after walking in and got my refund I would have.

Kids loved that they could make fresh waffles for breakfast. Location was good deal for Universal Studios theme park visit. Thin walls, first night we got there we had stained towels (which they replaced happily). No complementary transportation to the theme parks, which was stated as a fact in the Expedia. That was the most disappointing.

Exceptional STAFF, hospitality, and assistance! Me and my son traveled pretty far and it was such a great feeling to get off of the road and walk through those doors to come to such a clean friendly place! The room was clean. There was a issue with wifi connection for the TV but the front desk woman was so quick to come and resolve it. The travel advisor there helped me make a smooth $195 because I sat for a TS presentation. I didn't buy anything! I will be using this place always!!!!!!!

The room doors were very thin, and off the ground by over an inch. We could hear people talking in their rooms past midnight and it was annoying. The AC was an old wall unit that blasts you in the face and irritates your sinuses, haven’t seen one of those in a while. The toilet was running, made noise. Continental breakfast was carbs, whole fruit and juice. Free parking was nice. Good place to just rest your head, nothing more.

the room had an odd and bad smell, the headboard had weird paint patches or stains almost, I called over the phone weeks in advance and was told there was a shuttle (one of the main reasons i booked) just to be told when we arrived that there was no shuttle at all despite me calling them directly and confirming, the blankets are extremely thin, and the room was missing multiple light bulbs. i was only there for universal studios so it was more of a place for us to rest our heads at night but if i could go back in time and pick a hotel even if it’s more expensive, i most definitely would. only pros is how close it is to the park and the parking situation on the property was very easy.

This is good for an economical stay at a good location on IDrive. The breakfast is continental, cereal, fruit, bagels, grab and go style, with a waffle maker as the only hot food choice. Coffee is decent. We encountered an issue upon looking over our room, but Alex the manager, and Jackie at the front desk, immediately acknowledged and resolved it. The staff is very helpful and attentive.

We chose this hotel for the location, it is conveniently close to popular restaurants, shops and theme parks. The hotel can use a lot of work upgrading their parking, rooms and elevators. The bed was not comfortable, it had a major dent in the middle causing an uncomfortable position to sleep on. The shower did not have a lot of pressure, and the sink drain was clogged. The couch had a lot of stains and the tv position was not ideal to use while laying on the bed. There were a few dead bugs on the bathroom floor’s corner and the towels were stained.

One of the reasons we chose this property was they listed shuttle to the theme parks as an amenity. When I asked about how to book the shuttle the girl at the desk told me they had no shuttle. When I pointed out that the paper she had given me when we checked in said there was a shuttle, she said the papers were old and needed to be updated because they no longer had a shuttle. Most of the outlets in our room didn’t work because the plugs would literally fall out of them. The free breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly when we spoke to them. Overall it just needs to be renovated.
