Gratis kaffeautomat i resepsjonen, Ankomskvelden gikk jeg fra T-banestasjonen på UN-Plaza direkte til hotellet gjennom bydelen Tenderloin. Det var en spesiell opplevelse med mange hjemløse og rusede i gatene. Etterpå fant jeg ut at dette er et område som ikke er anbefalt på kveldstid. Bedre å ta T-banen til Powel Station og gå opp Powel Street. "
