"Nice hotel in a nice placement. The staff there were nice and very welcoming, will definetly come again if we’ll be in Milan. Worth of the money, we got a room with balcony."

"We had booked the room , and payed in advance.But there was a 24 hours strike in Italy, so we could not go by train from Rome to Milan . I asked to change the reservation to the next day , but they just ignored my request . So we played for nothing."
