"The location was perfect to see Duomo and Galleria. The lobby was clean and the staff welcoming. The elevator to breakfast area was currently being repaired but we did not get to breakfast. The walls in room were excessively scuffed from luggage in entry hallway in room- needing repair/repainting. ..."

Beautiful city, not too large and overwhelming, with some lovely historical streets and buildings.

Liked the architecture and cobbled streets. At night there were lots of open-air bars and restaurants. Also many if the shops were open late. Although there streets were busy at night, we still felt quite safe when out late.
