The apartment lacked heating, and when we tried using the single heater in the bathroom, it malfunctioned and filled the entire unit with smoke. We were forced to evacuate and find alternative accommodations, yet we received no refund whatsoever. I strongly advise against booking this property."

"They gave us a wrong room with shared bathroom so we had to stay for one night not two, no staff at night or at check in. Other rooms are great and good people. Need a refund for the cancelled night. "
